Return Policy/Questions

How long do I have to send the stencil back?

The product needs to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to your location. We can take back a stencil outside 30 days however a larger restocking fee will be applied.


***We will not accept returns on orders over 60 days***

What if I no longer need the stencil or it was not what I thought?

Not a problem! Just ship the unused stencil back to us and we will refund you minus any return shipping cost. If returned after 30 days, any return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. 

What if I ordered the wrong stencil by mistake and would like to exchange?

We want all of our customers to receive the product they want! Just ship the unused stencil back and call or email us about the exchange. When we receive your stencil we will either refund/charge you the difference in the stencils and ship you the stencil you want. The shipping will be at the cost to the customer. 

Restocking fees

Orders returned within the 30 day policy will be not be charged a restocking fee. Orders outside of 30 day return policy will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 


What happens if I used part of the stencil but was not happy with the outcome?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have any questions we highly recommend  calling our team before spraying part of the stencil so we can help you. However, we do not accept pieces that have been used back to our warehouse. As an example, let’s say only the Key stencil was used but nothing else in the kit. Send back the pieces not used and we will refund you for those pieces with no restocking fee attached.

Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for return shipping. UPS is usually the least expensive. If you received paint in your order please be sure the paint is secured and will not move around in transit. Make sure not to cover up the black and white diamond label on the box as this tells the shipping company there is hazardous materials contained in the box. If you have any questions regarding returning an item please feel free to contact our shipping department. 

How long can it take until I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, our team inspects the product for any damage and or missing items and will authorize the refund. Usually this is completed quickly and a refund is issued. However it can take up to 48-72 hours for the refund to go through the bank. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Can I get a refund on my item if I never received a delivery?

In most cases we will send out another stencil or issue a refund. If this happens please contact us immediately so we can mediate the issue with your delivery. However there are a couple of exceptions. For instance, if UPS tracking shows the product as delivered there is nothing more we can do. We offer a signature required option at check out so the item could not be stolen and is received by the customer.
